Charlie is a recent college graduate searching for his place in the world. However, the professional world is a bleak pit of despair, and Charlie is forced to accept a position as property manager of his grandfather’s apartment building, Ellison Apartments (aka Hollyweird Studios). Charlie soon finds himself struggling to fill an empty studio, tending to his psychotic tenants, and battling an army of hobos in the adjacent parking lot. Can he make it amid the madness?
