Worked closely with VP of Growth as a principal contributor to the development of up-and-coming eCommerce company BeachMint's budding MLM arm, then made up of hundreds of independent sales contractors and counting. Worked with a small team to create a sustainable infrastructure and establish systems for everything from internal operations to daily performance analysis, online community management, external communications, training and recruitment. Worked directly with CEO of social media firm to advise a diverse roster of clients (Kiplinger's Personal Finance, IFC.com, KoldCast, Springpad, BlackBook Magazine) on establishing and growing their online presences.
